We offer this service to all properties, however if we are directly managing your property then we offer a discounted fee of the 10% per total rental income achieved.​

We have our own equipment to ensure the best photography to enhance the image of the property, and are experienced in marketing properties using a variety of advertising mediums.

Whilst we do not recommend the use of AirBNB or Booking.com, due to the vagaries of these sites and commissions charged, should you wish to use them we can set these up for you. ​

Your property will enjoy a micro site within our own website that will be fully visible to any potential renter.

Payment is due on any achieved rentals at the end of the rental period.
